Well i have 2 cards for you today. The first is an easel card, the image is Tilda coloured in using Promarkers. The plain cardstock is DCWV, The patterned paper is from my never ending stash.

The buttons and ribon was bought from Doncaster on my last visit.

I've been disressing today. Tilda is coloured using sepia colours. Iv'e also used my M. Stewart punch and curled it around the centre circle. I have used Faux stitching around the card.

It's finally off

Morning guys, well my cast is finally off. Foot is still swollen and bruised, but least i'm a stone lighter....lol.

Well have managed to get a couple of cards made in the last few days, and here's the first.

I have made it in soft peach tones, a little on the summery side.

I have used Kanban card, Flowers from wild orchid, picket fence from a friend, and tilda and her dog, coloured with..... yes its promarkers.

I used a lovely Hanglar stamp coloured with my trusty promarkers. Flowers were from Wild Orchid crafts and my stash, paper was from Kameo cards.

Here's a large card. It's only the second time i've done a 8 x 8 card.

The stamped image is Hanglar and coloured with promarkers, the papers are from my stash. Flowers i have just bought at Creative Treasures. The butterfly charm was bought from my last visit to the NEC.

Sooooo Happy...

What a day, i'm on top of the world (no i've not been on the happy pills)....

My darling hubby has bought me a greenhouse, after years of nagging. It' now full of Tomato's, courgettes, peppers and strawberries.

And the BEST thing.......i'm going to DISNEY in September. For those who didn't know i was suppose to go 4 weeks ago, but the week before, i fell down a ladder and broke my foot....ouch. So holiday had to be cancelled.

All i keep doing now is singing M.I.C.K.E.Y M.O.U.S.E.....

Magnolia Card

Yesterday i managed to get in my craft room for a little while. I managed to get 2 cards made the first is a Magnolia one.(bought loads of these stamps while i've been off with my broken foot....lol) I used a total of 4 different stamps on this card, so had to do some matting an layering.

Baby is doing really well, he was only 1lb 8oz born.

Good evening to all.
You would have thought i could have posted a few more entries on here seeing as i'm off work.....lol
Not a lot happening, started to put my foot down yesterday and today. But i think i over did it today as its now throbing. Got it elevated and having a glass of wine.....
I'm still not able to sit at my craft desk, so the only crafting fix i get is colouring my stamped images. Oh and buying more stash from the internet.....dreading the electric bill......lol

I'm not able to fly on Monday, really miffed to put it politly as we have been planning this holiday for the last 6 months. Hubby has now gotta sort ot the insurance and paperwork. On the up side i do have my pink cast....lol

Smashing Time

Hello to all
Hpe your enjoying this nice sunny weather were having.
Well it been a week since my last blog, still not getting the hang of it.
It's been fun an games and a few tears..... I missed the last 2 steps of a ladder on Friday at work and what have i done......just broke my flippin foot. Its now in a temp cast till tues for swelling to go down and then comes the new one.
Guess where i suppose to be going next Monday..........
On an Areoplane to DISNEY. We won't know till tuesday if i'm able to go, Hospital have to put a special cast on (if they will and it suports my foot) and then Virgin airlines have to ok it.
Then if all is ok i have the pleasure of not going on most of the rides and no water slides for me.......Least i've got out of driving over there....hehe.

Hi guys

I have just got back from the NEC. A long day but oh so worth it.

As usual it was busy first thing but calmed down around lunch time.

Bought way to much, but couldn't resist the bargins.......who can ladies?

Got some more storage boxes, but i now is thinking i need the middle bedroom as the craft room. (I'm sure my father won't mind sleeping in the small bedroom.....lol)

The best buy i think was: Martha stewart punch around the page....£17.99 and a 60 page 12x12 card stack...£9.99

Well of to have a glass of wine, i think the unpackin will have to wait till morning.

Morning Tuesday

Had a busy day yesterday, went up to Kanban in Yorkshire.

I normally go with 2 friends but 1 has been taken into hospital. Our thoughts were with her as we had to fill a box for her to. (it wasn't hard to do )

They had some fabulous papers and card in. And there was some other bargins to have as well.

20 sheets of die cut crimo toppers for only £3. Every day die cut toppers for 40p a sheet but if you bought 10 then it worked out at 30p sheet.

Can't wait to have a play.

I was only back a while then we went to vist our friend in Hospital, looking a little better than she was, wishing her a speedy recovery.

Fizzy Moon

Well guys i decided to do both.

I bought a new Marrianne die, and then i popped into the Craft Station at Kirkby in Ashfield. They had the cute little Fizzy Moon in stock so i just had to buy 1 or 2...(but don't tell the hubby)

Here's a quick card i made when i got back. I'm going to give it to a dear friend who was taken in to hospital this afternoon.

Day 7 of my holiday

Morning on this damp day.

Not a good day here, the blasted washer has broken.....but i do have a man in right now with his tools trying to fix it. Hope its not dead.

Will try and get some craftin done this afternoon, or shall i go to Once upon a stamp for a new Nestie.....oh what a desicion to make.

Hi All

Hi, well long time no see. Sorry but i've been busy at work. I now have a few days off, so i'm hopping to get some crafting done.

Saturday i went to a Krafty Hands workshop in Mansfield, had some fun and came home with one of there CD's.

Today hubby and i emptied the loft and did a mega clear out. Hubby has itchy feet and wants to move again.....well we have been here 11years. (i'm not so keen, so we'll see who wins. )

Well it has been a long time since my last post. Hope your all ok and have recovered from Christmas and the New Year. I was well and truely busy, only had christmas day off and then 3 days finally at New Year......
When you are enjoying the lead up to christmas and the January sales please baer in mind.........ME. I have decided i hate retail, i wanna retire and live on a nice sunny island in a far away place..... If only. Well back to the real world.
